Kingsley Shoprite – Brodheadsville, PA

This project involved new construction of a Shoprite and the adjoining retail stores. It was a special job as it was not only far outside of our usual scope of the Tri-State Area, but we also did it on a tight timeline during the winter.

Installed 2 layers of 2.5 inch ISO insulation, having an R-value of 30
Fully adhered a 0.060 teepee membrane over 109,000 square feet
Installed 11,500 ft2 of 22 gauge Zee Lock structural panels

Cross Keys Plaza – Turnersville, NJ

Johns Manville roof system with a 20-year warranty
Installed 3.5” ISO insulation
Mechanically attached .060 TPO membrane
Installed .050 gauge Kynar shop fabricated coping system

Allison Shopping Center – Marlton, NJ

Removed 28,000 ft2 of shingles
Repaired damaged substrate
Installed a Classic Rib steel roof panel, a 24 gauge Kynar finish, and an Alpine SnowMax snow bar

Park Tower Apartments – Philadelphia, PA

Seven story building accessible only by a crane
Removed entire roof down to the concrete deck
Installed a Firestone V-Force Vapor Barrier as a temporary roof to keep building watertight
Installed a fully tapered insulation system set in adhesive
Finally, installed a fully adhered 0.060 Firestone EPDM membrane

Republic Banks – Various NJ Locations

A. Brooks got involved in the design stages of the distinctive glass Republic Bank buildings because of our previous relationship with the now defunct Commerce Bank. Former Commerce CEO Vernon Hill is now an investor in Republic Bank and was aware of our previous work and knowledge.

Installed a Firestone 0.060 TPO fully-adhered membrane with a 20 year warranty
Installed a fully tapered insulation averaging R60
Installed custom sheet metal

Jade Corporation – Huntington Valley, PA

Installed composite metal wall panels and new roofing on both the addition and the existing building
