System: Decor Rib
Challenge: Retrofit existing standing metal roof while retaining the look of the original standing seam.
Solution: Filled the space between the metal ribs with 1.5" poly ISO insulation and covered the entire roof with a second layer of 1.5" poly ISO. Then fully adhered a 60 mill. felt back membrane and heat welded decor profile ribs over the membrane to acquire the original metal look.
